I have a similar recipe bookmarked somewhere but never tried. My 13 year old daughter has celiac disease and can’t have wheat/gluten. How strong is the flavor of cauliflower in this pizza?

Hi Heenie, the flavor is pretty strong but you can add some goat cheese in the crust and it will change the taste – I think your daughter will enjoy it more with goat cheese…hope she likes cheese 🙂
