3-Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes – Clatite sanatoase cu doar 3 ingrediente

My New Year resolution was to try to have a healthier lifestyle. So, I’ve started to search for new healthier recipes to try, without sugar or flour and what do you know there are so many delicious and easy to make recipes out there, like this, flour-free, sugar-free, low-calorie and easy to make 3-Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes.  I’ve found the recipe on Eugeniekitchen, I’ve tried and loved it and now I’m sharing it with you guys. 

For this 3-ingredient healthy banana pancakes recipe, you only need banana, eggs and baking powder.   These banana pancakes have a very light texture because they have no flour in it and they are so easy and fast to make. I’ve topped mine with a cherry jam without sugar, but if you like them just with butter is also a great choice!

They were so great that my husband eats almost all of them and he’s not on any diet, or New Year resolution! 🙂 

3-Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes (3)


  • 1½ large bananas, ripe 
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • butter or jam without sugar, to serve


  1. In a bowl mix the eggs and the baking powder. 
  2. In another bowl add 1½ large bananas and mash them with a fork. There should be chunks of bananas to make pancakes fluffy. 
  3. Pour wet mixture into mashed bananas and stir to combine.
  4. In a frying pan, cook mini pancakes over medium-low heat. 1 or 2 tablespoons of the batter are enough for each mini pancake. Pay a little attention to them as they don’t have flour they are more fragile and it’s best to turn them with the help of a spatula. 
  5. Best served hot with butter or jam without sugar!

Clatite sanatoase cu doar 3 Ingrediente

Rezolutia mea pentru noul asta este sa incerc sa am un stil de viata mai sanatos. Asa ca am inceput sa caut retete sanatoase pe care sa le incerc, care sa nu contina faina sau zahar. Am aflat cu placere ca, sunt foarte multe retete minunate pe internet pentru acest stil de viata. In cautarile mele am dat peste aceasta reteta de clatite fara gluten, zahar sau faina  cu doar 3 ingrediente pe site-ul  Eugeniekitchen .  Am pus-o in practica si mi-a placut atat de mult ca m-am gandit sa o impartasesc si cu voi. 

Pentru aceasta minunata reteta nu aveti nevoie decat de banane, oua si praf de copt. Aceste clatite cu banane au o textura foarte usoara deoarece nu au faina si se fac foarte usor si rapid. Eu le-am mancat cu un jem de cirese fara zahar dar sunt minunate si cu unt . 

Au fost atat de bune incat sotul meu le-a devorat aproape pe toate; chiar daca el nu are nici o rezolutie pentru un stil de viata mai sanatos ! 🙂 

3-Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes


  • 1½ banane, coapte
  • 2 oua
  • ½ lingurita praf de copt
  • unt sau jem fara zahar, pentru servit


  1. Intr-un bol amestecati oualele cu praful de copt. 
  2. In alt bol sfaramati bananele cu furculita.  Trebuie sa fie sfaramate prea tare pentru a iesi clatitele pufoase.  
  3. Adaugati ingredientele uscate peste banane si amestecatile. 
  4. Incingeti bine o tigaie non-aderenta, puneti un bob de ulei si turnati 1-2 linguri din compozitie . Prajiti bine pe ambele parti, la foc mediu-mic. Atentie – pentru ca nu au faina, clatitele au tendinta sa fie mai usor de faramat decat cele clasice, asa ca intoarceti-le atent cu o spatula pentru a nu le rupe. 
  5. Se servesc calde cu jem fara zahar sau unt !
